Reynir Gretarsson
Chief Executive Officer - Creditinfo Group hf.
Reynir Gretarsson was one of the founders of Lánstraust hf., the predecessor of Creditinfo Group, in 1997. He has been the CEO of the company from then. A law graduate of the University of Iceland in 1997, he was admitted to the bar as a District Court barrister in 1998. Apart from being a specialist in data protection laws, he has also experience in programming and database structuring. He has written manuals on credit management both in Icelandic and English, as well as many articles about data protection and credit management. Reynir has recently received a diploma in International development from the University of Iceland and is currently working on a Ph.d. in that subject, with microfinance being his research topic. Reynir has been a speaker in various conferences and seminars about credit management, in Iceland and other countries. Reynir was also co-founder of a few other companies, with operations in IT and in real estates. He has also served as a member of board of several companies.

Almar Hilmarsson, graduated from the University of Iceland in 2000 as a cand.jur. During his studies he held multiple positions in the wholesale industry eventually taking over as CEO of one of Iceland largest food wholesalers in 1999. During his tenure in this industry, Almar led a merger between his company and another wholesale company in the year 2001. Almar took over as CEO of a troubled, stock listed, IT company late 2002 making him the youngest CEO of a listed company in Iceland. His main task there was taking the company through restructuring including asset sales. In 2004 Almar took over as CEO of an Icelandic low cost airline and led that company through a successful turnaround in a matter of months, during that time Almar completed his bar exam and became a District Court Barrister in 2005. Later that year Almar was hired as a CEO of Scandinavia’s second largest airline based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Almar led a merger and restructuring of that airline with another Scandinavian airline until he left his position in 2008. After working independently on various consulting projects Almar started his career with Creditinfo in 2009 first as a consultant but eventually as Regional manager for Central Europe. Since 2011 Almar has been the CEO of Creditinfo International GmbH.
Since 2013 Almar is a board member of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Czech Republic.

Director of International Sales
Hakon Stefansson, graduated from University of Iceland in 1998 as a cand.jur and started his career as a solicitor in Iceland and was amitted to the bar as a District Court barrister in 1999. In 2002 he started as a senior manager with Intrum Justitia, one of the leading companies in Europe in the Credit Management Services. Hakon started his career within Creditinfo Group in 2006 when he became the general manager of the Icelandic Credit Bureau, Creditinfo Iceland. In 2008 he became the regional manager of Creditinfo‘s operation in North and Central Europe and since 2009 he has been responsible for international sales. Hakon is also the chairman of Creditinfo Georgia‘s supervisory board and the CEO of Creditinfo Iceland. Hakon has been speaker in several credit bureau‘s conferences and provided legal consultancy subjected to data protection issues in many countries, such as Lithuania, Poland, Georgia and Malta.

Director of Business Development
Mathematician by education, risk manager by experience. With over 26 years experience in credit risk management, Paul Randall has been working with Creditinfo since April 2007. Following graduation he worked with 2 retailers on the financial services side JD Williams, M&S Financial Services, then moved to the Co-operative Bank. During the period of his employment Co-operative Bank was an innovative provider of banking services and the risk management environment to support it. It was one of the first orgainstaions to deliver a enterprise wide customer risk assessment supporting all decision processes. He then moved to the consultancy side, the head of scoring and consultancy in Scorex in UK for 7 years then member of the Experian-Scorex Global Consultancy Team for 7 years. During this period led both direct client consultancy for risk management and Basel II in addition to best practice documentation. The global support was across over 25 countries, such as Taiwan, US, UK, South Korea, Brazil and Hungary. At Creditinfo he was initially managing director of Creditifno Decision then has moved to the Director of Business Development.

Tryggvi Marinosson graduated from the commercial college of Iceland in 2000 and started his education in Business and International Marketing in the Technical University of Iceland in 2001. He graduated with Bs.c. degree in Business and International Marketing in 2004 with a diploma in industrial operations management.
In 2004 he started working as a consultant in bad debt collection at Intrum Justitia. In August 2006 he started with Creditinfo Group as a project manager in Creditinfo Lanstraust hf. In January 2007 he took over the financial management of Creditinfo Lanstraust hf., and in 2008 the financial management of Creditinfo Fjolmidlavaktin ehf. In 2012 he took responsibility of the financials of Creditinfo Group hf.

Andrius Bogdanovicius graduated from Vilnius University in 2002 having master degree in banking. He started his career as an economics observer in political weekly Atgimimas in 1998. In 2000 Andrius joined a team of Lithuanian Free Market Institute, which belongs to the world top think tank institutes. In 2005 Andrius continued his career within Creditinfo Group as a general manager of Creditinfo Lithuania. Andrius was a speaker in several credit bureau‘s conferences, seminar and workshops. Andrius is a member of Lithuanian financial analysts association.

Regional Manager Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)
Transitioning from political risk to investment risk Jon Johannesson joined Creditinfo International in 2010. He has a unique experience from both diplomacy and business. Following graduation from Moscow State University and the London School of Economics he joined the Icelandic Foreign Service in 1998. He became Deputy Chief of Mission of the Icelandic Embassy in Moscow in 2000 in charge of political affairs and export policy where he oversaw a fourfold increase in Icelandic exports to Russia. Appointed Deputy Chief of Mission to the OECD in Paris in 2004 with a business focus he co-led the financial reform of the organisation. Having in-depth knowledge of the CIS region he transferred to independent consultancy and business intelligence four years later, working on projects in London and St. Petersburg before joining Creditinfo International as a consultant on crisis management, M&As and investment strategy in the CIS. In 2011 Jon became the CEO of the International Bureau of Credit Histories in Ukraine and in 2012 he was also elected Chairman of the Board of the First Credit Bureau of Kazakhstan.
