Protection Beyond Login.

Correct credentials do not always mean a trusted session. Creditinfo Account Protection, powered by Equifax, combines device, network, identity, and behavioural signals to assess account creation, login, and sensitive account changes - helping identify suspicious access while keeping trusted customers moving.

By connecting device familiarity, IP, location, velocity, and identity information, the solution helps identify unusual or automated activity. Machine learning and identity-network intelligence add context about legitimacy, relationships, and historical behaviour.

Configurable policies let teams reflect their risk appetite and account journeys. Higher-risk sessions can trigger targeted email or SMS authentication, while event-level analysis and device history support investigation and review.
