A WhatsApp-based chatbot service is currently available in Tanzania, which allows consumers to access their credit report and score with just a few clicks on their phone.

MyCreditinfo (MyCI) is Creditinfo’s own direct-to-consumer (D2C) proposition — a self-service portal, available via web and mobile app, that lets individuals access their Creditinfo credit report and score directly, without going through a lender.

Unlike the partner-led Fusion / My Credit Score, MyCI is owned and marketed by Creditinfo itself, primarily through its regional websites. It is live today across markets including Kenya, Morocco, and the Gulf, with consumers able to view, download, and share their report and track disputes online.

MyCI also offers value-added services where available — ongoing monitoring and alerts, a clearance certificate, and financial-education content to help consumers interpret and improve their credit standing.
